Shipping & Returns


   Shipping is generally not included in our quotes, as there are too many things to be taken into account when calculating it. Destination, weight, volume of the product and the time frame needed will all affect the the shipping cost. We can generally give you an estimate if you tell us what you would like to order, where it is to be shipped to and how soon you want it.

   All personalised/printed products are strictly firm sale only, as it would be somewhat difficult to offer them for resale with your details on them. Products sold without personalisation will only be returnable if they are damaged, unfit for the sold purpose or substantially different from those advertised. (Basically the rights all consumers have by law.)

   Please inspect your goods at the time of delivery and report any damage to the shipping company immediately as we are unable to accept claims for goods damaged in transit otherwise. That being said, we will always do our best to help our customers, so if there is a problem please call us and we will see what can be done to sort it out.
